Overview
As the owner, designer, and manufacturer of these high-quality products, I can assure you that your product will arrive as described, without defects. However, should any issues arise for any reason, we provide a 30-day limited warranty that allows you to return your product(s).
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Kindly be aware that the customer will be responsible for any return shipping expenses, including tracking.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
