Digital Download Terms & Conditions

These Digital Download Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digital products (“Digital Products”) purchased or downloaded from Poskraft (www.poskraft.store) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Digital Product for your personal or internal business use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Digital Product.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Digital Product for distribution.
  • Use the Digital Product for any unlawful purpose.

2. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products are the intellectual property of Poskraft or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

3. Payment and Delivery

Digital Products are available after full payment is received. Upon successful payment, a download link or access will be provided immediately or via email. Ensure your email address is accurate during checkout.

4. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any Digital Products once the download has commenced or access has been granted.

5. Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the necessary technical requirements to download and use the Digital Product. We are not responsible for compatibility issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Digital Product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Digital Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

As the owner, designer, and manufacturer of these high-quality products, I can assure you that your product will arrive as described, without defects. However, should any issues arise for any reason, we provide a 30-day limited warranty that allows you to return your product(s).

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly be aware that the customer will be responsible for any return shipping expenses, including tracking.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Furniture shows signs of obvious use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any Digital Products once the download has commenced or access has been granted. For more details, refer to the Digital Downloads Terms & Conditions.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@poskraft.com and we will provide you with a return address.

Note: Returns are required to have tracking, and are at the cost of the customer.
